Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all customization details before placing an order. Oruz Gifts is not responsible for errors provided by the customer, including spelling, image quality, or design choices.
Pricing & Payments

Orders may require a deposit or full payment before production begins. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.
Order Processing & Production
Production times vary depending on product type and order volume. Estimated timelines are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by incorrect customization details or customer response time are not the responsibility of Oruz Gifts.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.
Oruz Gifts is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by shipping carriers after dispatch.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, you must submit a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the unopened package and the damaged item.
The video must be submitted through our official messaging channel within 24 hours of delivery.
All damage claims are reviewed and verified. If approved, a replacement will be recreated and sent. Claims without proper video proof will not be accepted.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including images, designs, text, logos, and branding—is the property of Oruz Gifts and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
