At Oruz Gifts, every item is specially crafted and personalized just for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy.


📦 Customized Products (Personalized Items)

All customized and engraved products are made to order based on the details you provide.

  • ❌ We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
    • Change of mind
    • Incorrect spelling or details provided by the customer
    • Design selection mistakes made during ordering
  • ⚠️ Please double-check all names, dates, and customization details before placing your order.

✅ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will happily replace or refund your order if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • You received the wrong item

📌 To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue

🔁 Replacement Policy

  • Approved issues will be eligible for a free replacement
  • We will remake and ship your item at no additional cost
  • No need to return the damaged product (in most cases)

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • The item cannot be replaced
  • The issue is confirmed by our team

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


🚚 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order
  • Once production has started, cancellation is not possible

📏 Product Expectations

  • Slight variations in color, engraving depth, or alignment may occur due to the handmade/custom process
  • These are not considered defects
