Order Processing & Production Time
All orders are produced after payment confirmation and final customization approval.

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
Damaged Items During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

Record a clear, continuous unboxing video showing:

The unopened package
-
The entire unboxing process

The damaged item clearly

Submit the video through our official messaging channel within 24 hours of delivery
All damage claims are reviewed and verified.
If approved, we will recreate and resend the product at no additional cost.
⚠️ Claims without a proper unboxing video, edited videos, or late submissions will not be accepted.
Lost or Missing Packages

Oruz Gifts is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier

If tracking shows a package as lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, where applicable
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Oruz Gifts is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.
