- Each item is produced based on customer-provided text, images, and preferences
- Production begins shortly after order placement; changes may not be possible once started
- Slight variations in engraving depth, alignment, finish, or color can occur due to materials and production methods and are not defects
3. ✍️ Customer Responsibility for Personalization
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- All names, dates, spellings, and uploaded images are accurate and final
- You have the rights/permission to use any submitted content (e.g., photos, logos)
We are not liable for errors provided by the customer.
4. 🔁 Returns, Replacements & Cancellations (Summary)
- Customized items are non-returnable/non-exchangeable except for damage, defect, or incorrect item
- Issues must be reported within 12 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos
- Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund (at our discretion)
- Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase; after production starts, cancellation is not guaranteed

- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production time and carrier delays
- Risk transfers to the customer upon handover to the carrier, except where required otherwise by law
