How long does personalization take?
Production time varies by product, personalization type and proof requirements. Estimates are shown on each product page. Rush requests are handled case by case.
Can I get something same-day?
Some items qualify for same-day production when ordered before our daily cutoff and when no design proof is required. Check the item page or contact us.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes — pickup in the GTA is available on most items. Pickup details are confirmed after your order is reviewed.
Can I bring my own item to be engraved?
