Corporate and event gifting
Most corporate gifting suppliers will not talk to you unless you are ordering fifty of something. We will. Whether you need eight engraved tumblers for a small team or two hundred branded keepsakes for a conference, we produce it ourselves in the GTA, which is why we can take the small order and still hit the deadline.
We also run four personalization methods under one roof, so the process gets chosen to suit your product and your brand guidelines rather than because it is the only machine in the building.
Is there a minimum order?
No. We have no minimum order quantity. One engraved award for a retirement is a real order and we treat it like one.
What does volume pricing look like?
| Quantity | Discount |
|---|---|
| 1 to 49 units | Standard pricing |
| 50 to 100 units | 10% off |
| 101 units and above | 15% to 20%, depending on total order value |
The exact figure depends on the item and the personalization method, because a hundred identical engraved keychains and a hundred individually named plaques are very different jobs. Ask for a quote and we will give you a number, not a range.
All quoted prices exclude HST, which is added when your order is finalised.
How long do corporate orders take?
It depends on the product, whether the stock is on hand or has to be sourced, and the type of personalization. A hundred identical engraved keychains and a hundred individually named plaques are different jobs and move at different speeds.
What we will commit to is this. Tell us your deadline in your first message and we will come back within one business day with a firm date, or tell you plainly that we cannot hit it. We would rather turn a job down than miss your date. Standard lead times by product type are on the production times page.
What we do most
- Employee recognition. Service anniversaries, retirements, welcome gifts, team milestones.
- Client appreciation. Closing gifts, holiday programmes, thank-yous after a project.
- Awards and ceremonies. Engraved medals, plaques, trophy base plates, brass name plates.
- Events and conferences. Branded keepsakes, speaker gifts, and live on-site engraving where you want the personalization to be part of the experience.
Four personalization methods, all in-house
Most suppliers run one process and quietly steer you toward whatever it happens to do well. We run four, which means the method gets matched to your item and your brand rather than the other way round.
| Method | Best for | What it looks like |
|---|---|---|
| Laser engraving | Metal, wood, slate, leather, glass, acrylic | A permanent mark cut into the material. Crisp, fine, will not fade or rub off. |
| Foil embossing | Leather and leatherette. Journals, key tags, luggage tags. | A pressed gold, silver or blind impression. Tactile and understated. |
| UV printing | Full colour logos on hard surfaces | Your exact brand colours, retained. |
| Sublimation printing | Mugs, phone cases, photo products | Full-surface, full-colour, fade resistant. |
The practical difference this makes: laser and foil both mark in a single tone, so a multi-colour logo becomes a one-colour mark. If your brand guidelines will not allow that, we UV print instead and you keep your colours. We tell you which you are getting on the proof, before anything is produced, rather than after.
Two of these four also travel. Our laser and our foil press both run on-site at events, which is what the live event engraving page covers.
Our flat laser engraving window is 115mm by 115mm. Larger surfaces and curved items such as tumblers and bottles are handled with a rotary attachment. If you are unsure whether your logo fits, send it over and we will tell you.
Featured example: engraved 20oz tumblers
Our custom engraved 20oz stainless steel tumbler is one of the most requested corporate pieces we produce — laser engraved with a name, title or company logo, and well suited to employee milestones, client thank-yous and conference gifts. For awards programmes, our engraved medals and award plates cover ceremonies and recognition nights.
Sending us your logo
Vector files (.ai, .eps, .svg, .pdf) reproduce best. We can work from a high-resolution PNG. If your logo only exists as a small web image we can redraw it, which is a $25 design fee and adds a business day.
We engrave in a single tone, so full-colour logos are converted to a one-colour mark for engraving. UV printing is the route if you need the colours retained. We show you which you are getting on the proof before anything is produced.

Tell us what you need and by when. We come back with product recommendations, a price and a realistic date, usually within one business day.
