Every gift here is made to order, so the honest answer to "how long will it take" depends on what you are ordering. Below are the actual lead times we work to, by product type. These are working estimates from an in-stock item with straightforward personalization, counted in business days from the moment your proof is approved.

Shipping time is separate and is shown at checkout. GTA pickup is usually available the day production finishes.

Lead times vary by method as well as by product. Laser engraving is the fastest of the four. Foil embossing is close behind. UV printing and sublimation add a step, and anything requiring a logo redraw adds a business day on top.

Both tiers cover one unit and apply to in-stock items with straightforward personalization. The rush charge is banded by the price of the item, and the exact figure for your item is shown on the product page before you add it to your cart. Full eligibility rules and the band table are on the same-day engraving page. More than one rush unit needs a feasibility check first, which the cart will collect from you automatically.

The proof process

We email you a mock-up before we produce anything. One round of edits is included. If a further change is needed because we got something wrong, we fix it at no charge. Additional customer-requested edit rounds may attract a design fee.

Proofs go out within one business day for standard personalization. Photo and logo work can take longer because we are checking whether your file will actually reproduce well at engraving size.

When a design fee applies

Most orders do not need one. The personalization form on each product covers standard text, initials, symbols, photos and logos. Design fees start at $25 and apply to:

Custom artwork drawn from scratch
Logo vectorisation, where we redraw a logo that arrives as a low-resolution image
Per-item variation within a bulk order, such as thirty trophies with thirty different names
Additional edit rounds beyond the one included
Rush design work

We tell you the fee before we charge it. You will never find one added silently at checkout.

Our hours

Seven days a week, 8:00am to 7:00pm. We are an online business, so orders can be placed at any time, but production, proofs, replies and pickups all happen within these hours.
