If you need something engraved today, we can usually do it. We personalize everything ourselves in our own GTA workshop, which means we control the queue and can move a job to the front of it. This page tells you exactly what qualifies, what it costs and when you need to order by, so you do not have to email us and wait to find out.

How fast can you engrave something?

We offer two rush tiers, both available on eligible items:

Both tiers cover one unit. The rush charge is set by the price of the item, so you can see what it will be before you start. The exact amount for your item appears on the product page the moment you select a tier, and again as its own labelled line at checkout. Nothing is added silently.

If you need more than one rush unit, tell us before you order. Multiple items on a same-day deadline is a real scheduling question and we would rather confirm we can do it than take your money and disappoint you. Tick the rush option, set your quantity, and the cart will collect your details and route the request to us for a feasibility check within business hours.

What can be engraved the same day?

Anything we have in stock. If the product page shows it as available and your personalization is straightforward text, it qualifies for the 3-to-4-hour tier. That covers most of the catalogue: engraved keychains and pet tags, slate coasters, tumblers and drinkware, award medals, foil embossed leather key tags and luggage tags, and more.

Stock is the constraint, not the product type. Same-day means engraving time, not sourcing time.

What if the item I want is sold out?

You can still ask for it. Sold-out products carry a request form in place of the usual add-to-cart button. Tell us what you need and how many, and we will come back with availability and a realistic date, usually within one business day.

Requested items cannot be rushed, because we have to source them before we can personalize them. If you are working to a deadline, put the date in the form and we will say plainly whether it is achievable.

What does not qualify for same-day?

Stating this plainly saves everyone time:

Anything out of stock. Sold-out items can be requested, but not rushed.
More than one rush unit, unless we have confirmed it with you first.
Anything needing assembly, such as cake server sets or ring boxes.
Orders placed after 12:00pm, for the same-day tier.

What does a rush order cost?

The rush charge is banded by the price of the item, not calculated as a mystery percentage:

So rush starts at $10 for 24-hour and $20 for same-day, and you can work out roughly what yours will be from the price of the item you are looking at. The exact figure appears on the product page as soon as you select a tier.

There is no separate booking fee, no minimum order and no consultation charge, and nothing is added at checkout that you have not already seen.

How late can I order for same-day pickup?

Same-day is open 8:00am to 12:00pm. 24-hour is open 8:00am to 7:00pm. Both run seven days a week, and outside those hours neither tier can be ordered — the page shows standard production timing only. There is no overnight rush ordering.

A same-day job takes 3 to 4 hours, and a 12:00pm cutoff leaves us room to fit it around the work already in the queue and still have it ready before we close. Order after 12:00pm and you move to the 24-hour tier. Order after 7:00pm and the 24-hour clock starts the following morning.

Where do I collect it?

Same-day and rush orders are pickup only. We cannot ship same-day no matter how fast we engrave, because couriers do not work that way.

Pickup is in Scarborough. We are an online business with a working production studio rather than a retail shop, so the pickup point is not open for browsing and we send you the exact address and a collection time once your order is confirmed. Choose any item showing as in stock.
Enter your personalization on the product page. Keep it to plain text for the fastest turnaround.
Tick Same-day, ready in 3 to 4 hours.
Check out before 12:00pm for same-day, or before 7:00pm for 24-hour. Both tiers are re-checked at checkout, so a window that closes while your cart is open is caught before payment.
We confirm by email with your pickup time and address.
Collect in Scarborough, same day, before 7:00pm.
