We are an online business with a production studio in Scarborough. You order and personalize online, we make it here, and you collect it locally instead of waiting on a courier. For anyone in the GTA — roughly a one-hour radius from Scarborough — that usually means a faster gift and no shipping cost.

How pickup works

Order and personalize online.
We review your personalization and email you a proof if one is needed.
When your gift is ready, we email you the pickup address and a collection window.
Collect during opening hours with your order number.

Where exactly?

Scarborough, Ontario. We send the exact address when your order is confirmed rather than publishing it, because the studio is a working production space and not a retail shop. There is no showroom, no browsing and no walk-in service, so please do not travel without a confirmed pickup time.

Opening hours

Seven days a week, 8:00am to 7:00pm, including weekends. Orders can be placed online at any time.

Can I get it the same day?

Yes, on in-stock items ordered between 8:00am and 12:00pm any day of the week. The rush charge is banded by the price of the item, with the exact amount shown on the product page. Full details are on the same-day engraving page.
